Welcome to the Strength SMP Store . By purchasing digital goods or using any service offered through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

  1. Strength SMP is a Minecraft server not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any related entities.

  2. All products sold are virtual, non-tangible items meant for use on the Strength SMP server.

  3. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Payments

  1. All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal).

  2. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

  3. You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided during checkout.

3. Digital Item Delivery

  1. All items are delivered in-game, typically within minutes but may take up to 24 hours.

  2. If you do not receive your purchase after 24 hours, you must contact support with proof of purchase.

  3. Some purchases may require you to rejoin the server for the items to be delivered.

4. Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final. No refunds are offered due to the nature of digital items.

  2. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

    • Immediate removal of purchased items,

    • Permanent ban from the server and store,

    • And potential reporting to payment authorities.

  3. Refunds will only be issued if:

    • An item was never delivered, AND

    • You have contacted support and we were unable to resolve the issue.

5. Server Rules and Enforcement

  1. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you must follow all Strength SMP server rules.

  2. Breaking rules may result in:

    • Temporary or permanent bans,

    • Revocation of items or ranks,

    • No eligibility for refunds.

  3. Staff decisions are final and made at their discretion.

6. Product Changes

  1. Perks, ranks, items, or features may be changed, modified, or removed at any time to maintain game balance or server stability.

  2. You are not entitled to a refund if a feature changes or is removed.

7. Privacy & Data

  1. We store minimal necessary information such as:

    • Email (optional if provided),

    • Minecraft username,

    • Transaction IDs.

  2. We do not share or sell your information to third parties except payment processors.

  3. By using the Store, you consent to our handling of your data for purchase and server-related purposes.

8. Liability

  1. The Strength SMP Store is not responsible for:

    • Server downtime,

    • Data loss,

    • Plugin issues,

    • Minecraft account issues.

  2. All items are provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted access.
